They worked for awhile ... and now this morning are just returning blank information in the widget box ... no error messages and nothing in server error log file.
Do you mind sending over an admin login and FTP information? I'd need to see what's going on behind the scenes since the widgets are working fine for me.
I fixed it ... not sure what I did but it is working again ... sorry !
It may not like the subdomain listed in the widget config and instead prefers the IP ... I had our teamspeak subdomain in there and it stopped working ... changed it back to the raw IP and it started working again ...
