Tickets Guest attachments

Often guests need to upload an attachment. A lot of our guest tickets in kayako have attachments.
There are many instances in which this is essential functionality. Often in cases where people communicate in relation to denied registrations, deleted accounts or simply do not have any account.

Xenforo does not allow guests to upload attachments.

A lot of people need guest functionality before they can use Tickets.

In addition to this, guests will be able to post attachments with their tickets and these will only be viewable by those who have authenticated themselves with the ticket (i.e. a guest who has used the ID and password or a staff member with permission).
See this thread for more information, but this has been implemented as of version 1.4.4.
