I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or a setting I need to change but its critical to resolve:
Members who posted cannot see their ticket after it is set to pending.
We set all tickets we answered to pending status until the user replies. But after that we get no more responses. Now it turns out that Members cannot see their ticket when they go to /tickets/
The set ticket status dropdown on this page does not have an option for pending.
