Tickets Moving the "Ticket Responses" page into the Tickets sub-navigation

I just discovered a "Ticket Responses" page with the list of predefined responses to tickets in my personal account settings navigation. Since it is just a list and you can not make any personal setting changes to it, I would recommend to move it entirely to be a seperate page under the "Tickets" main navigation.

Now in the account settings...

I am still thinking that this does not belong into the "personal account" settings of a user but just has to be an extra page under the "Tickets" nav tab.
