Tickets Fixed Staff Tickets Home displays closed/assigned tickets

In the moderator bar it is displayed how many open tickets there are and how many are assigned to the staff member. When clicking on this we expect to see the corresponding tickets. Instead the staff member sees all tickets including closed tickets and tickets already assigned to others. This is confusing. It is not immediately clear to staff members what tickets they should process.

Tickets Home accessed from this link should display all open tickets that the staff member has permission to view.No closed tickets nor tickets already assigned to someone else.
If this is not considered to be a bug then please add a setting so that we can correct this behavior.
 
Fixed in 1.4.4.

Tickets that have been resolved or assigned by others will not be displayed to others.
